CASE Study Challenge #106

We're rolling in with our last "festive" challenge in our 2nd Anniversary month! It's been so much fun, I'm sure you'll all agree!! Of course, none of this would happen without your constant support, so thank you again for making this event so special :)

The challenge this week for all of us, is to CASE yourselves!
How does it work? Hmm, perhaps there's a card you made some time ago, that you'd like to revamp, an idea you already used but you're itching to revisit, or that one card that didn't quite turn out like you had in mind... whatever the reason, you've now got the opportunity to tackle your own work! Have fun :)

I would also like to thank everyone who expressed their interest in a Guest Designer spot! To say that the choice was hard would be an understatement, and so I ended up inviting not one, but two girls, to join us for the month of September. Let's say it's an inauguratory present... *grin*
The chosen ladies have been contacted, and if it wasn't you, please by any means don't give up! There's plenty more opportunities to come, so do try again next month :)

Now all you have to do is play with us!

Here are the deets:
1. Create a paper crafting project (card, layout, off-the-page item), based on provided inspiration (being a featured creation, made by our Muse).
2. Post your creation on your blog or an online gallery (using a code CSC106), and link it here with the inlinkz widget below. Please provide a direct link to your post, not an entire blog.
3. A new challenge is being posted every Thursday at 12.01 AM EST, and you've got until midnight on Tuesday to submit your entry.
4. You may enter as many times as you like, but you're asked to provide a newly designed project.
5. We will choose the authors of four most impressive creations, who will be awarded the Winner and Top 3 awards. In addition, there might be a person chosen randomly from the list of players, who will receive the prize provided by the sponsor - if there is one.
We will announce the winners on Wednesday.
6. If you'd like to be considered for our next month-long Guest Designer, put "GD" next to your name when linking up your project.
7. Above all, have fun - and be inspired!

Happy creating!

CASE Study Challenge #105

Hi, friends! We are totally overwhelmed by the interest in Guest Designing with us, so first of all, thank you so much for your interest! It's going to be a very difficult job, choosing just one name each month, but I hope you'll all keep submitting, 'cause you'll never know when you might get an invitation for being our next MONTH-LONG Guest Designer! Remember to add "GD" next to your name in your entry, so that we know you're game :)
If you'd like to refresh your memory regarding the rules, you can find them in a previous week's post.

In a continuation of our Anniversary fun, we are serving you another great challenge, and this week you're asked to CASE one of our players!
Feel free to browse through the submissions to our past challenges. Any creation previously submitted to CASE Study is fine, I'm sure you'll all find something that strikes your fancy :)

Winners!!

Many, many thanks for all of this week's beautiful submissions, and extra special thanks to those who expressed interest in Guest Designing with us! It's a great feeling, knowing that so many of you would like to join us and I hope many of you will have lots of fun doing so in the months to come :)
Keep them coming, ladies!!

Our winner for CSC104 is Nicki from Dream Create Inspire!!

Nicki transformed Christina's bold masculine card into this strikingly beautiful and elegant creation, using the layout for her starting point. I love how her creativity showed in the way that she was able to design something so different, yet strongly hinting at the inspiration. We love it, Nicki! Thanks so much for sharing.
See the inspiration card on Nicki's blog post HERE)

Our Top 3 winners are:

Lin @ Sending Hugs
Maureen @ Mama Mo Stamps
Pamela @ Miao, a Design Blog

Congratulations!
Winners, feel free to grab your badges (right click & save onto your computer), and wear them proudly :)

We're of course continuing with the fun tomorrow, with a new challenge and another chance at CASE'ing a fabulous designer... who knows, this time it might just be YOU! *wink*

CASE Study Challenge #104

WOW, weren't they the fabulous two weeks of inspiration?? We're mind blown with all of your amazing creations that you shared with us, and we're thankful for all your heartfelt comments and wishes. Thank you!!
It was especially rewarding to know that you learned a lot by discovering that all of us struggle sometimes with certain types of projects or techniques, and seeing how it only takes a spark of courage to challenge ourselves to go beyond our comfort zones. We appreciate your effort in trying to step "out of the box" too, and hope you had lots of fun doing so :)

The Blog Hops might be over, but it's by no means the end of our Anniversary festivities!!
We continue with fun and inspiring challenges until the end of the month, and this week we're inviting you to CASE one of our Design Team members - past or present!
You can choose ANY of their creations, you're not limited to the work they've done for CASE Study. You can find the links to their blogs on the sidebar, so go ahead and explore them in search for this special project that inspires you :)

We're also adding more spice and excitement to the lot, with a brand new addition to our bloggie...
We're doing a search for a MONTH-LONG Guest Designer!!

That's right! Starting from now, we'll be on a lookout for creative peeps who would like to join us for a month and have their artwork displayed alongside our talented Team Members.
October will be the first month to consider, and here's what you need to do if you're interested in being our Guestie:

1. Play along often. We have a pretty good idea about who frequents and loves our blog, but we're always happy to see the new fans as well :) The more we see your name popping up in the link list, the more we know that you take joy in our challenges!

2. This is important: Put a "GD" next to your name when submitting a project. You don't have to do this every time you play along, once a month is enough to let us know that you're up for it.

3. Make your projects shine. Share your best artwork. We are looking for artists that will inspire and wow our players. Any style and media are welcome!

4. Remember that we feature a different Muse every month and that their styles vary considerably. You won't have an opportunity to choose a preferred Muse, so you should be comfortable with being inspired by any style. That's what we've been trying to promote on this blog since the beginning :)

Does it sound like fun?? We can't wait to see your response!
We will be on the lookout for the first Guest Designer in the coming weeks, and the chosen person will be contacted in the last week of September, to join us in October.
We're on a bit of a tight schedule this month, next time you'll have more opportunities to jump in. Good luck and have fun! :)
